The Waterfront kitchen prepares each dish to order and every detail of your dinner is made in-house. From our homemade stocks & sauces to hand-rolled pasta, we are relentlessly selective about our products. We work with an amazing network of purveyors, from small farmers, sustainable fisheries and whenever possible, local businesses, and feel proud to work with these superior products. These ingredients provide the ultimate source of inspiration for the ever-evolving menus.
